Step 1: Visit upon members’ request

Step 2: Check system connections and performance

Step 3: Resolve any issues found for free

Step 4: Document the issue found and email the member

Step 5: An invoice will be generated for the traveling distance only, as well as for any device that was replaced, if applicable.
